SKILLS & CORE CONDITIONING

It’s a total training program implementing varsity level skills, drills and offensive/defensive philosophies along with athletic conditioning & training.

We will teach participants how to selectively train for lacrosse through core conditioning (no weights). Lacrosse specific training is vital as players look to move toward their next phase of the game.
